New England Summer~ Family Session in Newport, Rhode Island

I love when a mom asks me to take photos of her with her children.

Its so so fun for me being a mom and knowing how important these pictures are and how much they mean to a mother.

And I know how important they will be to the kids one day too, and then their children.

On top of that, its always fun to make an adventure out of it!

Here is a session I did with this gorgeous native Floridian family who wanted a New England session in various parts of Newport, RI.

(To start, I happened upon these colorful lobster traps- love them as a symbol of New England, but also its a great backdrop!)

Beautiful family, right?

Love these pics and I love Newport:)

Wishing you a happy fall and great rest of your week!

Beautiful Family ~Ojai Valley Family Photographer

How I never shared these I do not know!

I am going through my blog and looking at drafts and saw these hadn’t been published yet.

I adore working with this family.

This is from last fall!

We made it to CA and enjoyed a wonderful road trip from the east coast to the west coast full of adventure.

It was something I had been wanting to do for years, and as stressful as it was moving, it was so worth it!

Please feel free to come see the wonders we witnessed on our journey here:

I am going to try and be better about posting more sessions here more often

now that we are almost all settled in.

Happy Fall!
