I was lucky enough to kick off 2017 with one of my top favorite kind of sessions- capturing the miracle of creating life.

This gorgeous mama-to-be came in from Alabama and I was determined to get her session done before the rain started up again,

as she was flying back the next day! Thankfully, the weather cooperated for us.

Beautiful inside and out, I adore this image! Her and her hubby were so much fun to work with,

I can’t wait to show you more! Congrats again Cam and Obi!

In other news,  I just got back from a much needed getaway with my hubby in Mexico- we had so much fun!

We stayed in Cancun and went to the Chichen Itza Pyramids, swam in the crystal blue Caribbean, and even went to a Duran Duran concert!

I know I am due to blog my annual best of post, so stay tuned for that!

This week I am juggling editing, spending time with my family, and refinishing our wood floors with my hubby

(I am so excited to brighten up our home!)

This year has already started off with a bang!
