“I always go with recommendations from people, and when I asked my friend who did her family photos (which were just beautiful) she turned me over to Shell. On the day of our scheduled photo shoot there was a storm moving in, and she was in constant contact with me about moving the time so the weather wouldnt affect our lighting. She made suggestions of bringing umbrellas and rain boots for the boys in case it did start raining- thinking those would make some fun photos. During the 2 hours we were with her I never once felt she was posing us or manipulating us into “fake” family photos. She sat out of the way and just let my kids play, let us all walk around and enjoy ourselves as a family, and she got some amazing photos!
